Refund policy

Exchange

Currently, we offer exchange only for products with manufacturing defects and if a wrong product has been delivered. Our policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.

In case of any manufacturing defects in the product purchased, you can contact us at business.leatherart@gmail.com. After our team has verified your purchase and is satisfied that the cause is a manufacturing defect or that a different product has been shipped, we will initiate the exchange. In case our team has decided otherwise, exchange will not be applicable.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once the exchange is initiated, you can send your item to Plot No.32, II Floor, Murungapakkam, Villianur Road, Puducherry 605 004. The shipping costs for the exchange will be your own responsibility.

It is the policy of the company to not accept returns on products for any reason where the cause is due to the nature of leather. Since leather is a natural product and every piece of leather is different, it may cause irregularities in the consistency and the depth of the color. As a natural product, it is subject to wear and tear over time. Leather will always have natural marking such as dents, scars, scratches, wrinkles or blemishes. These are indications of genuine leather and we cannot be held responsible for such irregularities. Manufacturing defects such as stitching problems and problems in fittings used, zips and linings are eligible for an exchange.

Additionally, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.

Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery will not be accepted.

 

Sale items

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

Refund policy

We do not provide any refunds. We only provide exchanges at the same price as the product purchased.

Shipping

You should ship the product only after confirmation from our end.

To exchange your product, you should ship your product to Plot No.32, II Floor, Murungapakkam, Villianur Road, Puducherry 605 004. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
